N House belongs to a young man, whose desire was to create a spacious home, using premium materials that could be easily converted into a space for a future family. A possible after enlargement of space was taken into account without interfering with the architectural composition.

Concept and execution
The day area is located on the ground floor and is configured as an open space. It incorporates the kitchen which overlooks the access to the courtyard; the dining area as an interspace, and the living room, that is communicating with the outside through a glazed wall and a ceiling bracket which continues over the terrace. The communication between inside and outside living creates the sensation of a broader space.

Currently, the client has a whole floor dedicated to the night area and has access through the interior stairway from the ground floor, from were he can enter the master bedroom directly, benefiting from a view of the backyard and access to the terrace. For the future, the terrace can be closed to create a new room. Over staircases and above the dressing are mounted skylights that provide natural light.

The shape of the building is an intersection of white color volumes with different sizes, the focus is the side wall of the living room that goes also on the terrace, which is plated with travertine. The terrace deck is finished with cantilevered plate that gives the image of a suspended platform.
